Getting Ready for Your Appointment

Once you've submitted your appointment request, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email. In your email you will be notified that your appointment is APPROVED or DENIED. After receiving your confirmation, use the checklist below to ensure that you are ready for your appointment.

1. Be sure to have ANY/ALL artificial nail enhancements removed PRIOR to your appointment unless you are receiving a full in. This includes Gel, Dip & Acrylic Nails. If you are needing a soak off for your nails and/or toes please see sure to book this service with your new set.

2. Make sure you have your directions ready for your appointment to avoid any navigation issues. Full Address will be provided in Confirmation Email.

3. This is your "Me Time" so please limit your entourage.  

4. If you are not feeling well, contact Versatile Mani at your earliest connivance reschedule your appointment when you are feeling better.  

5. When you have arrived please notify me by either a quick text or call, (682)232-0352 (If you have the Vagaro App, You may check in via the Vagaro App.) There is seating in our hallway for waiting.

6. Forms of payment that are accepted: Cash or Zelle are the preferred methods of payments. Card Transactions have an additional $3 Processing Fee

*If your desired appointment time isn't available put your Name and Contact Information on my WAITLIST in case of any cancellations that may occur. My waitlist is first come first serve.*

Need to Cancel: Should you need to cancel your appointment, You have until 72 hours prior to your appointment to cancel with no penalty. Canceled appointments within the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the appointment balance. 

Same day canceled appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment balance.

Need to Reschedule:

If you would like to reschedule, you'll have until 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule.

Same day reschedule will result in forfeit of deposit, your deposit will not be transferred to new appointment.

 

In the event that you are running late, please contact me directly (682)232-0352.

Every guest will be allotted a 15 minute grace period. To ensure that each guest time is respected, if you are running more than 15 minutes behind, your appointment may be rescheduled/ canceled. All deposit are non-refundable. 

 

All No Call & No Shows will be charged 100% of appointment balance.
